The WALi Summit - Houston, 2012

The WALi Summit, which happens every 2 years, is a 5-day igniter event intended for full and part-time worship ministry staff, pastors, volunteer worship leaders, band members and under-graduate worship arts students in the LCMS.
WALi Summit programming provides immediate learning opportunities in key areas of worship ministry and affords participants the unique opportunity to meet, learn from, and network with others that serve the church in the area of worship arts.
Summit Registration includes one dinner, three lunches, a just-for-fun outing, all workshops and round-trip airport shuttle service to/from Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
(NOTE: Single day registration options are also available for Friday and/or Saturday programming to accommodate your time and/or budget contstraints.)

Priority hotel reservations through this site for stay at the Element by Westin, Houston Vintage Park, has closed. You can make your own reservations with them directly by calling 281-379-7300 (NOTE: Rooms subject to availability).

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
When making your travel arrangements please make sure that you fly in and out of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Registration and check-in starts at 1pm on May 30th. WALi programming begins at 4pm. The WALi Summit ends after morning services on June 3rd, so please make your flight departure times for mid-late afternoon, allowing enough time for your airport shuttle ride of 45 minutes to the airport, and for the airport check-in and security process.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
WALi will provide round-trip shuttle service to and from Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to accommodate your travel plans. Since this service will be arranged through private means within our ministry, we would like to gather some information that will allow us to be as efficient as possible in our efforts. This information will be used to gather clusters of participants together based upon your arrival times, allowing us to send our shuttle vans to the airport in specific time slots.
